Wonderful tour of the Old City We were of group of 9, ages 13-72 from Israel and Argentina. Naomi succeeded in providing excellent explanations in three languages simultaneously - Hebrew, Spanish and English. Her tour suited our various ages and we enjoyed her knowledger, her personality and personal touch very much. We fully recommend her as a guide of the Old City of Jerusalem.

Third Option Tour Guide a Gem in Jerusalem Some how Naomi Segal turned out to be our third option for a tour guide in Jerusalem and she was a gem. The most important factor in any tour guide is how easy one relates to first time customers. No worry with Naomi, she was fantastic from the second we met. She was engaging, personable, energetic and most important knowledgeable about everything we saw and asked about. The only suggestion we could make would be better arrangements for lunch. We would definitely recommend her services.

Naomi: an Absolute Ten: Best Guide of Israel!!! Naomi was my guide to Acre and Caesarea. She was so considerate knowing that I was travelling solo as a woman, she gave me a reasonable price. She picked me up from Jerusalem and we drove north passed Tel Aviv to Acre via section of the highway along the West Bank. She wanted me to see a slightly different part of Israel besides all the touristic sights. Throughout the trip, she was very attentive and answered all my questions intelligently with great knowledge about the history of the Bible, the formation of the State of Israel, the life at the kibbutz and its evolution due to the change of time. I also get to know her, she is passionate about her job as a guide, sharing knowledge of her beloved country to me as a tourist. She patiently explained the history and the significance of the Crusade Fortresses and sites we visited in Acre and the beautiful archeological sites of Caesarea. I really enjoyed my day with Naomi so much that I hired her for a 2nd day of tour!
Naomi is very experienced, a true professional and her English is flawless. She is kind, gracious and I think she is a great ambassador of Israel and most of all a classy lady! Last but not least, she has Israeli snacks in her car and introduced me to some great snacks! I have gained a tremendous amount of insights into the Israeli society as a whole from Naomi.
I will not hesitate to recommend Naomi to my friends and family and will certainly use her again if and when I return to Israel in the future.

Naomi Segal is a fabulous tour guide. This is a long overdue thank you to Naomi Segal for the two days we spent with her in July. I contacted Naomi a few weeks before our visit to Israel. She was out on maternity leave but decided to help us out and lead our group on several tours. First and foremost, Naomi is so accommodating . We ended up having a larger group than expected and so we had to rent 2 cars. She rode in the car with one group while the rest of us followed. She took us first to Masada. Our group ranged from 15-56 year olds and she was able to engage everyone! Her vast knowledge of the history was amazing. The next part of the day was spent at the Dead Sea. We loved every minute of it. The best part was being in the same car with Naomi for the 2 hour drive back to Tel Aviv. She taught us so much about Israel and it's politics that even my 15 year old son was mesmerized. Two days later we met Naomi in Jerusalem for a half day tour. She was extremely flexible as far as times and meeting places, always making it easy for her clients. Again, her knowledge and insights into life in the Old City was fascinating. I cannot recommend Naomi enough. She is an excellent guide with a fabulous personality. I felt like I was visiting with an old friend. She added so much to our trip and promise you that she is worth every penny. Again, so sorry to have taken so long to write this review but thank you Naomi for all you did to make our trip so enjoyable.

Trip to Israel I highly recommend Naomi as a tour guide!!!

Brilliant guide Naomi was the perfect guide to take our family from London (2 adults and 3 children aged 14, 12 and 8) around Jerusalem for a day. She pitched the tour just right for the children and they were always engaged by what she was telling them. They are still talking about what they learned a couple of weeks afterwards. She knows Jerusalem so well - the short cuts, the less obvious points of interest, even the quiet and shaded places to stand while she gave us her gripping stories about this remarkable city. She is very easy to deal with, communicative, sociable and friendly. I couldn't recommend her highly enough.

Naomi Segal - The Very Best Tour Guide in Jerusalem Our party of four couples were blessed to have had Naomi Segal serve as our tour guide during our August 2018 trip to Jerusalem. Naomi treated our group to a full-day tour of Jerusalem. From the time we met at the Jaffa Gate and the time we finished at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Naomi immersed us in the culture, traditions and history of the Old City. It was a worthwhile experience that gave our group a perspective of not only everyday life in the Old City from the viewpoint of the various religions, but also provided a walking exploration of the importance of the Old City to these differing theologies and their competition for similar key sites. Our wonderful tour guide Naomi We absolutely loved our time with Naomi! She spent 3 days with us, 1 in Jerusalem, 1 in Tel Aviv & a day trip to the Golan Heights. The best! Honestly - you can't have any better. Naomi is all you want and need from a guide. Experienced, knowledgeable, funny, entertaining and local.
Her Spanish is superb and she knows so well how to tie one subject to the next one, one site to the next one that time simply flies and when you are done, you wish you could start all over.

Fantastic family tour guide in Jerusalem Naomi was a brilliant person to join our family day trip to Jerusalem. Her ability to simplify historical stories and to do so in a way that engaged all our family was really great.
